The Dashboard is your central location to view and manage your account's sites and projects,. All of these can be accessed from the top navigation bar.
Following are the tabs on the top navigation bar and a description of what they contain.
When you log into the Account Dashboard, the Projects tab is open by default. A list of all your sites and projects are displayed.
On the Projects screen you have the following options:
-

-

-

-

-
Organize by Labels. You can organize your content in the platform by applying a label to each site. Labels help keep your project dashboard tidy by either allowing you to filter sites based on what label is assigned to them or by telling you more about what the project is for. For example, you can tag a label as Unfinished draft to let you know that this is a project you're still working on or you can tag multiple projects as John Doe Projects to let you filter all projects built by/for John Doe.
-
Status. You can see the Status of the Project under the Status column.
-
Filter Sites. You can filter the list of sites by Labels, Creation Date, Last Published Date, Site Comments and Status. To learn how to save a custom view, see Save Views of Site List.
-
Sort Projects. You can sort the list of projects by publish date, creation date, and site name.
-
Number of projects is displayed in the header of the Projects List.
-
Site Comments. Sites with unread site comments have a speech bubble icon with a red dot in the project list.
-
Renewal Information. To view whether site renewal is turned on or off, hover over the subscription plan in the Subscription column next to the site. If the renewal is set to Off, the subscription end date displays. If renewal is set to On, the subscription renewal date displays.

Most often this comes down to how the site is currently named or indexed in your dashboard, rather than the site being gone. A few things to check:
-
Clear filters before searching. Search only looks within whatever Filter Sites and Sort Sites settings are currently applied; if a filter is on and the site doesn't match it (wrong label, status, or date range), search won't find it even if you type the exact name. Clear any active filters first, then search.
-
Search by the site's name or alias, not the domain. Once a site is published, its dashboard name updates to reflect the domain and can no longer be renamed. If the site has since been unpublished, it reverts to being listed by its original site name (or alias/ID), the domain will no longer work as a way to find it. The site alias isn't shown as a column in the site list, but it can still be typed into the search box to locate the site.
-
Check your invoice history. If you know roughly when the site last renewed, your invoice from that billing period may help identify it.
-
Check if the site was transferred. If the site was transferred to a different account, it will no longer appear in your dashboard at all; it now lives in the new owner's account.
